OUR HISTORY

Legacy General Contractors first opened its doors in 1999 with the goal of helping customers get the roof services they need at an affordable price. As a fifth-generation family business, we have seen and helped thousands of customers get the help they need with their roofing projects. Everything we do, be it a minor repair or inspection to a full re-roofing project, is held to elite standards because we know you expect and demand the best.

However, because so many of the roofing services we provide are the result of a storm, we learned that many of our customers are going through home insurance claims to have the issue fixed. Therefore, we shifted our business to one that offers restoration and repair services specifically designed for insurance claimants.

What does that mean for you? It means you have someone in the process who is entirely on your side. Rather than relying on adjustors who work for your insurance company and give assessments that give unsatisfactory repairs, we work with public adjustors who give a more honest opinion and provide a more straightforward analysis. We present these findings to our customers’ insurers on their behalf, helping them enter their claim negotiations on a much better footing.
